Lark Distillery Co Rum Cask III The composition of their Quiet Cannon Rum leaves you with a wealth of delicious, ugly cakes - the perfect fabric for this one malt. Ten hand-picked pre-assembled boxes of Sherry at their Bothwell brewery and finished them in the old Quiet Cannon Rum barrels. The result is one wonderfully elevated and marketable source of notes of black toffee, nutty oak, and candied citrus, evoking the wild West's romantic sounds.

Rum Cask III
Aroma: Full and sweet. Golden syrup, stewed apple, cloves, and almond nougat.
Taste: Wonderfully lifted, warm, and slightly resinous. Dark toffee, candied citrus, and nutty dry oak.
Finish: Gunpowder, tobacco, and treacle. The Rum really comes into it’s own on the finish and invokes romantic musings of the Wild West.
Master Distillers Oloroso
Aroma: Decadent combination of hazelnuts and sweet egg tarts on the nose
Taste: Dried orange peel, vanilla, and sticky toffee on the palate
Finish: The adventure finishes with long wisps of smoky dried citrus, before melting into a warm, spiced apple pie. An Oloroso Odyssey in a glass.
